Scientific Services used Fort Marketing to build a complete, new website and it’s been a fantastic experience. Tim initially met with us and took the time to gain a deep understanding of our niche markets. This understanding enabled him to create an in depth SEO report which informed the content and the structure of our site.

Due to diversification, we needed to rebrand and his creative input developed a new, modern corporate colour scheme and led to the development of a new strapline that better represented our service offerings.

We needed a website that would showcase our services, but also would serve as an informative, useful resource for visitors to the site. Tim conducted in-depth interviews with our Managing Director and collated the content needed for developing the marketing message for our key landing pages.

To ensure that we correctly approached the writing of the copy for the site, Tim wrote one of our landing pages for us. This provided a much needed template for me to use in the creation of the remaining pages. There was an emphasis on readability, as well as a focus on optimising each page from an SEO perspective.

Tim’s flexible approach and support has meant that we now have a fantastic website that will support Scientific Services going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fort Marketing’s services and I am looking to use their services to support other marketing activities in the future.

I’ve been using Fort Marketing for Marketing Consultancy over the past 4 months and I can honestly say Tim’s expertise and guidance has been fantastic.
I'm an artist and sole trader, and prior to working with Tim, had very little idea about how best to market my business. I’d had varying degrees of success in the past with various marketing methods, but it was always very trial and error, and quite a frustrating process.

He took the time to get to know my business – what my goals and aspirations were, my business strengths and weaknesses, and which areas and skills I needed particular help with. From this we developed a specific marketing plan which has given me a road map for the year detailing where to focus my marketing efforts and when.

One of the most valuable outcomes of working with Fort Marketing was analysing my existing website and identifying how I can improve it so that it starts to bring in new clients. Tim sent me some fantastic resources to increase my SEO knowledge and copywriting skills – both of which have given me much more confidence in these areas. Together we built landing page wireframes and a sitemap which I’m now using to completely re-vamp my website into something that performs much better for me, and which can start to bring me new clients.

Tim also worked with me to improve my sales skills and communications, and taught me how to produce effective adverts both in print and on social media.

All in all, the service was first class. Tim is very hard working and dedicated, and he really did his research. Each session covered a lot of ground and explained very clearly the steps I needed to take in each area to improve my business. Everything was very structured, with worksheets for each session and ‘homework’ for me to do between sessions. As a bonus, he recorded the audio of each meeting we had, so that I can refer back when I need to.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fort Marketing to anyone who is looking to further their business.

Fort Marketing helped us at a time when our website was not functioning and its original creator abandoned ship !!
Tim Bowerbank was able to firstly get to grips with how it was constructed and offered various options of where we could go with it.
He identified immediate improvements to the way our site functions, loads and displays as well as getting the inquiry form to work properly .
