The team did a fantastic job – the interior of the PC is impeccably neat and clean, and it's running flawlessly. It was packaged securely, showing great attention to detail, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new PC. The shop itself is also excellent, with a wide selection of products and some really cool displays. Overall, an outstanding experience.

This has been my go to place for PC bits and tech stuff for almost 3 decades. Prices are great, service is impeccable and really fast.
I've bought everything from iPods up to 10 PC's for company use and cannot fault them.
(There was a small issue with something I bought about 20 years ago that wasn't in stock and I needed it for a holiday, the problem was sorted out quickly and perfectly, the sign of a great company)
Last night I ordered some bits to make a new PC, paid and got a confirmation that they would be ready for me the next day at 9:00. And they were, all checked and correct and the lady at the counter even helped me load them into my car with a smile (and a trolley).

Helpful Staff, easy to navigate and great service. Reasonable pricing and staff available to help if you need. They offer repair services as well as custom builds and parts. They have a game demo area you can even try. For all your computer needs this place is perfect.

They can't do enough for you,even if you just ring up and ask for some advice,they always give you their knowledge and expertise.

Ordered a PC at 17:15 Friday night, received it in immaculate condition on Saturday morning before 9:30 am. Cannot recommend enough. Fantastic performance and packaged so well, not a single mark on it - Thanks Guys

two stars because the shipment arrived at all..
1: Two hours on the phone trying to get their system to accept payment with mastercard.
2: Finally tried using Amazon payment which worked.
3: As a result of using amazon pay the order doesn't show on my account at all and emails were sent to the wrong email address. I called to get an order number so I could track it.
4:The tracking page showed it had not been picked 2 days after it was due to be so I called them to query why. They said an Item on the order was currently unavailable was due in 3 weeks after I was told on the day of ordering that it was due that day. This was holding up the order so I asked them to send what they had and send the other when it arrived. They insisted that the only thing they could was cancel that item and then the order could continue. Frustrated I agreed for them to cancel that item.
5:Order then proceeded to be processed. I had arranged to be at home on the day specifically paid for Saturday as am not normally home in the week. You guessed it. It arrived on Friday.

In summary the whole website and backend are a joke and if you want to waste hours go ahead and order things but I am not going to waste my time again and I recommend you find a company that can keep orders on your account and deliver on the day they said.

I have shopped with scan from 2021 with my first pc build which was a 3080 I then upgraded to a 4080 an 9 months later I upgraded to a 4090 DDR5 full build, great experience and good support from the team, I would definitely recommend if you interested in building your pc.
