From start to finish I cannot fault any of the team at Warners and would 100% recommend them to anyone. The whole process was seamless, from the start up meeting with Danny to upload with Glenn. Adam was our case manager and was fantastic throughout, providing more than enough information at all stages and held hands where we needed it. Just wanted to say thank you to Michael for a brilliant tour of the factory last week. It was great seeing inside a business that has been a key part of Bourne for almost 100 years. I can see why he is so proud of the business, it has very impressive environmental credentials with almost everything that can be reused or recycled is. The factory is kept spotlessly clean and everyone was extremely friendly. It was impressive to see the multi-story printing presses in action and get to see the whole process from raw paper to finished product. If you live close enough, I'd highly recommend booking a tour if you get a chance. Thanks again Michael for a great morning.

My wife and I did the free tour of Warners and had a fascinating time. The workflow seems very similar to years ago but with better technology for monitoring, better environmental concern and cleaner printing works. Michael Warner showed us round and was very interesting and answered our many questions. We've walked past the premises many times and are very glad to have seen inside the property. We were impressed with how much they do to improve their environmental impact

Michael gave a tour of the business to our Scout Group, aged 11-14. They had an interesting and informative evening, and the accompanying leaders agree it was a very worthwhile visit and gave everyone a good insight into a business that is part of the local heritage.
