Wow what can I say ! Tech geniuses . Today I had the pleasure of visiting this store with my old laptop I hadn’t turned on in over 2 years . The lovely gentleman that helped me were nothing short of amazing . They took my laptop and kept it while I had a mooch round the shops and a bite to eat and when I went back they had it up and running . As a lady over 50 tech is not my thing but clearly it’s theirs as they diagnosed the problem and resolved it . I now have a laptop that works and I couldn’t be more happy . As a professional photographer I use a Mac desktop computer for all my editing. When it suddenly disconnected from WiFi I was stuck as the connect button was greyed out. I took the computer in to TecRes, explained the problem, and within 24 hours it was fixed. I hadn't asked for a speedy service so was very pleased to be up and running again so quickly. My hard disc completely failed so I took the computer to TerRes to see what they could do fearing that most of the material would be irretrievable and that I would have to replace some expensive software. I had a most courteous reception at the shop and was reassured that they would do all they could. Mo Boutaib, the technician worked wonders, nothing was lost and everything was successfully transferred to the SSD within three days.
