Concept Vehicle Leasing have recently moved to Riverbridge House, and I have to say that it’s been a super smart move. Riverbridge House is ideally located for transport links – a short walk from Leatherhead Train Station, and close to the M25. It’s a short walk to the town centre, which boasts numerous shops, decent cafes, pubs and restaurants. The building runs adjacent to the River Mole, and it’s lovely to be able to take a stroll by the river, or to sit and have lunch.

The service provided by Susan and the team at Riverbridge House has been exemplary. Our initial move in was seamless; our needs well catered for, and nothing has been too much trouble. The reception team, Amanda and Nora are excellent – answering all of our inbound calls and greeting our visitors / guests. Their dedication to service has been excellent.

Our office suites are bright and modern, with comfortable air conditioning. We have first class internet connection, and the overall communal facilities are managed to a high standard.

I would not hesitate to recommend Riverbridge House to businesses looking to operate from a modern and flexible office building, in a prime Surrey location.”

Thank goodness for Riverbridge House!!!
After receiving a very poor service from a leading global serviced office company we were forced to take to the market to find an office and needed to move in NOW, or sooner! Susan, (onsite Director) helped to negotiate a deal that met all of our needs and her common sense approach was a breath of fresh air. We have resided at Riverbridge for a few months now and it has exceeded expectations in every way. The building is meticulously maintained by the onsite handyman Mike, the IT is state of the art and the staff are professional and always happy to arrange meeting rooms, food, post and many other services and with no stealth charges on my invoice!

I would urge anybody who is looking for a hassle free office space with happy and supportive management to pop into Riverbridge and look around. Getting something as fundamental as your office wrong is costly both to your business's finances and morale. 10/10

Since moving into RBH in 2017, we have experienced a professional and flexible service from Riverbridge House and have a clean, well presented working environment.

If any issues arise, the team on site will action or resolve where required. During the recent Covid-19 situation, we have been kept well informed and all required steps and guidelines have been introduced in the building to ensure the safety and well being of our and all staff
