Excellent quality and service. Ordered a new sign for the house we have just moved into.Looks great too! Easy to find what we wanted and adjust the design. Ordered a new door number plate. Found the website to be very easy to use. And the order process was fantastic, in these uncertain times i was kept fully briefed on the status of my order and the dispatch date.
To my surprise i even received an email from the company thanking me for using them. I have to say that was a very nice personal touch and one i would only expect from a family orientated business.Not many left...

Love my new sign! Was produced and dispatched really quickly. Took 2 weeks to arrive (but thats all down to Royal Mail) but made it through - thank goodness it was really well packaged. Fitting was a bit of a challenge as my wall is stone, so not flat, so needed to improvise a bit. But it looks great. I have to say the communication and responsiveness was impressive - proper customer service - a seemingly rare commodity these days - so great to find it!!

I purchased a new house sign to replace one which didn't even make 6 months from one of the usual large DIY stores annoyingly. I was originally going to buy one from another one of the usual large vendors but discovered these guys and found their products looked good and the pricing seemed good value. Fast forward on a few days and I've now fitted the new house sign and it looks great. Very happy with the quality and supplied instructions are very good. Useful tip about cleaning with a lint-free cloth too! Even received a personal thank you email for supporting a small local business in these uncertain times... which I am more than happy to do and will do so in future.

So pleased I found this small business to purchase our new house number from.
