Avoid Audio Media Group at all costs. We were targeted and gave them the benefit of the doubt. They had a great sales pitch and they sold us on a solution which we believed would be good value for money.

The system never worked correctly, they overpromised and underdelivered which is crazy considering all they are doing is finding royalty free music and marrying it up to a voiceover artist or AI voiceover (all of which you can do yourself for free with very little effort). Just download a copy of Audacity, which is a free audio editor, and you've got all the skills and expertise that these guys have.

We refused to pay for their service and they're threatening us with legal action. Not a nice experience at all.

We've since managed to create our own audio branding which we're in full control of and hasn't cost us a single penny.

Proceed at your own risk. This company is not Genuine in my opinion. They were very quick to sign us up and provided a horrendous service. We have not once used the service provided by AMG however we have been constantly billed every month for this service. Their product is terrible, the phone call system does not work, they do this through a 3rd party app which they have no technicians for.

The phone recording took a very long time to complete, almost 2 months, they do this so you cannot cancel as you will run out of the 14 day cooling period. Once they get a rushed recording together the app would not work. After numerous phone calls someone finally managed to fix the app (so I thought) and I put the number on our Google page for a day, very big mistake, I didn't get any calls whatsoever and it turned out that the phone system had gone down again and had stopped working due to "VOIP". I had enough at that point (baring in mind it has been over 6 months) and requested to cancel the contract as I had not used the system at all and has been a constant nuisance. The "Director" of the company called me and tried his best to convince me to stay and said that they'll fix the system. After unsuccessfully trying to convince me, the Mr Directors' tone changed and began to contest my business and questioning the amount of phone calls I get and that apparently he use to own a business like mine etc. (a load of nonsense), just goes to show what a terrible business man he is unable to maintain any business he touches. Eventually Mr Director said to me if you cancel you will have to pay for the remainder of the contract which was a big slap in the face proving their horrendous customer service. Since that phone call I had a few months of £35 a month left on the contract so I thought to let the contract finish. I emailed them 5 times stating to cancel this contract as soon as it finishes and I had not once had any emails back nor any correspondence. Since the contract finished, I have been billed £84 a month for the last 3 months. I have emailed and called and no one has got back to me. This company is a scam in my opinion as I have been robbed of £84 a month for 3 months and since the beginning of this nightmare. I am easily £600 out of pocket and no one has done anything about it. I have also found out that they have set us a direct debit under a false name on my account which has allowed them to take money from my bank. This company has committed fraud and have scammed me and other people out of money for a service that's non existent.

As I said, proceed at your own risk, ensure you read all negative reviews and not just the few good reviews they have. Save your money and save yourself from a nightmare and go with a reputable company who will charge a bit more but you'll get your monies worth. Till this review, I have not yet had any emails, calls or any correspondence from AMG.

If this company calls offering their service - steer well clear.

We took their service out in good faith and we experienced nothing but problems from day 1. Our calls were not reaching us and were lost within the recording system they had installed.
Our calls were consistently dropped and not reaching our desk top phones or our mobiles. We had loss of service for days.

When you try and report any faults they confirm nothing was wrong.

They are unprofessional and are trying to issue us with a fine for cancelling their service. We have lost valuable business and clients and I would not recommend this company.

They are not interested in trying to resolve any issues, all they are interested in is trying to get money out of us when they are in breach of contract.

Google don't provide a zero star as this is what we would give.

Dreadful service. Constant problems. Phones not working, internet dropping out. The service they provided was not fit for purpose. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Then when our business went into liquidation they stole £1800 from our other businesses bank account. Absolute con artists. Avoid at all costs.

The guys just couldn’t have done enough and the customer service was second to none, they exceeded our expectations massively.
If anyone is seeking help with audio media branding i an hand on heart recommend these guys.
