Friendly staff and typical Next products i.e. lovely but pricey. This particular store seemed a bit jumbled in my opinion. Not sure if they're in the process of changing seasons. Almost felt like there was too much and the unit isn't big enough as seemed a bit crowded. The store has two floors but unit definitely isn't big enough to give you a wide enough range of goods.

Looks inviting from outside and stock is well presented and appears plentiful. Shame that the time taken to deal with "online" order collections and returns us at the expense of customers who just want to pay for items picked up in store. Queues are off putting and if you have an enquiry before reaching the tills...good luck finding an available assistant. However when you do manage to speak to an advisor they are friendly and helpful. Just a shame that staffing levels are cut in order to improve profitability?

This shop has a top end range to make your house into a beautiful home. You can buy anything you need to make your home comfortable and modern. It's not as expensive as you might think and I love the range of photo frames and ornaments. I've got mine in our living room and our front hall for all to see as they enter our home. Okay am a show off.

UPDATE : Well yes, things have changed .... there's a mountain of cushions, gallons of smelly room fresheners, the shoo areas have been moved around, the staff are still as nice as there were before .... hmmmm I didn't mind being dragged round here again …… , there seems to be a lot of nicer 'stuff' in now !!😁
But no, I didn't think of taking pictures .... go look for yourselves if you're that interested. However, ( sorry ) but Braehead is a bigger and better shop.

Bought two light fittings although spoke to an assistant as one of the boxes was open. She said it would be fine as they are checked. On opening (at home) it was faulty. Exchanged in another Next store the next day. Bit of a nuisance and extra petrol money travelling to other store. Also, found it weird, Next did not stock the bulbs for neither of the two light fittings we purchased although did sell some bulbs.

Nice smooth transaction ordering through store, male staff members are always so chatty with the customers but all are good to be fair. Lovely store with lots to tempt me, never any negatives with next.
