Shocking company. Lazy delivery driver couldn't even knock the door to deliver my parcel. It was left on my doorstep where it could have been lifted by anyone passing by as I live on a very busy main road. Luckily my neighbour had seen it when she had returned home. The parcel had items in it which had quite some value. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They're an absolute disgrace. No wonder they get such negative reviews

This company isn't fit for purpose, I've had at least 4 items go missing. As I live in a new build property it seems to be impossible for this company to find my house. Every other courier company has managed to find us. If it's not on sat-nav then they don't even try to deliver. I live in a village ffs what happened to asking someone for directions. They also employ thieves who steal your items. I will not be ordering anything from any company that uses Yodel as they are completely useless.

"Sorry your package is missing, it was scanned in this afternoon but we can't find it" - the woman at the reception said to myself plus the three others who attended asking for their parcel. Despite being marked as ready for delivery via the app, they were clueless as to its whereabouts. This was requested to be picked up from the depot as I'm working through the day and can't accept deliveries. I am now informed through email that it will be added to the next driver's route, which I will be unable to accept. Shocking, inconsiderate, and unmindful service. Would only choose Yodel if I needed a package to go missing.

Twice I have had the unfortunate experience to have parcels delivered by this company. If I could have given them a minus score I would have. The delivery guy seems to pick the first house on my street and deliver my items there. I'm lucky that the people who have received my items are honest and deliver the items to me. I sincerely hope that future items I order are not delivered by Yodel. As for getting in touch with them to complain, just forget it

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address and the house owner very kindly delivered it to us. They only had the house number in common! The street was different, the post code was different, even the town was different! Shocking service. Don't know why they are still in business. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

Worst delivery company ever! My parcel was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and I'm still waiting. The parcel was a birthday present for my son, his bday has now passed!! Online chat keeps saying my parcel will be delivered that day, absolutely useless.

Well ....😳 This my first experience with this company,I would like to think it was a fantastic company but I would be telling lies , it's far from that ! A deaf blind asthmatic pigeon with a heavy load of shopping on its back could find my house quicker than a yodel driver on crack !.
Yodel app isn't any better in fact it needs life support, so I've decided to use the psychic medium for a reading down the road to locate my parcel.

To any companies that are considering using this service. Please don’t. The online app is a work of fiction as is the 3 delivery attempts. Waiting in for 3 days for a delivery. No shows every time. Marked as delivered in the app. Marked as left with neighbour. All times returned to depot. 2 and a half hours on web chat to be told they will “this one time” redeliver my parcel which has to be signed for but they can’t tell me when 🤣🤣. I’m going to have to get public transport for 1 and a half hours then a 40 minute walk to get my parcel because this company just lies. Awful service.
