Went to the shop for the first time on Monday to see if it was possible to embroider my dogs harness, after taking details they said it would be ready by the end of the week which was perfect. Got asked if I could collect it today (a day later) as it was ready. They messaged to double check the font I was after and came out with such an amazing result.
Will definitely use again in the future, such lovely staff and efficient service.

Well what can I say, this is the first time I have used this company and I will certainly return. I required printing of two flags (which I supplied)with photos of our dog on them and some text. The quality of the work and professionalism of all concerned was absolutely first class, the end result is better than I could ever have imagined and the flags will fly proudly above our Motorhome wherever we stop. Five star plus for this local company, thanks again guys we are so chuffed with the finished product 👍🙏

Used them twice and both times got my request wrong. This time, they didn't do the font I asked for after showing them exactly what I wanted in a picture and obviously the embroidery is running off centre as you can see in the picture.

I can only imagine its due to poor communication between staff. Both times I spoke to someone and was told to come back "middle of next week". When I went back as instructed, the work hadn't been done yet and they said "we can probably fit it in now if you give us an hour". It was a different person each time doing the embroidery than the person who took the order and seems like they rushed the job and got it wrong.

Very sloppy, ugly work both times. I'll never use again.
