Very poor communication
I have had to poke them all the way through the case.
I don’t believe that they do enough to push a claim from the mod I’ve been told time after time to just wait and be patient.
I have spoken many times on the telephone to get an update on the case as they never send anything in the way of an update.
I get the impression because it is a no win no fee that they do not have your best interest at heart.
Whenever I talk to anyone in the office they all insist on reading a script and talking over you.
If I knew that they would be so unprofessional I would have 100% gone with another company.
In short I believe that it is a very small company that is too small to deal with theses types of claims and don’t have enough members of staff to look after you as a client and the staff are very rude.
Use them at your risk.

I have been dealing with a lady from Kinetic Lawyers, her name is Humayra Master. She has been extremely professional, efficient and patient through out all the proceedings and claims process. Been working with them for over a year for hearing g loss claim and getting nowhere. The lawyer is now not responding to calls or emails and it's left my elderly dad very stressed. Her colleagues keep pro.ising she will call back and still nothing for over a month. Absolutely horrendous
