For the past few years, Linlithgow Young People's Project has been aware of the need for our small charity to undergo a rebrand to align our name and image more closely to the reality of our work. To assist us in doing this we enlisted the expertise of SHAW on the recommendation of a supporter, and we have been delighted with the process and final result of rebranding to YOUTHSPACE. From the start of our conversations with SHAW we were impressed with their determination to find out who we were, what we did and take on some of that love and passion that we have for the charity. By doing this they better understood what we needed and where we would be operating and this desire to meet our needs, was clear throughout the design process. As a youth charity, YOUTHSPACE want young people's voices to be the centre of our decisions and vision and we were most grateful to Alastair for taking the time to come and meet with the young people and hear their input and thoughts.

Before taking on their services they gave us a comprehensive overview of the expected costs and clearly explained what all these were, even creating a programme for the various stages of the design process. Despite the rebrand being a huge undertaking for us, the guys at SHAW made the whole process so much more straightforward and removed many of the areas of stress in it. We are so thankful for their care and commitment to our charity and wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using their expertise and insight again.
