With lockdown restrictions and a buyer in the chain not having funding in place, things were complex and challenging however, Gemma kept us updated every step of the way and gave us full confidence that things were under control. Anne left no stone unturned, and this is exactly what you need when purchasing a property.

Communication was also superb, with Anne returning all calls promptly, together with regular updates throughout the conveyancing process.

Even the receptionists are polite, professional, and efficient. I don't have the easiest of names, however I didn't experience any of the issues I normally experience when leaving messages with receptionists.
