Wellwood Communications know there stuff. Polite, friendly, very efficient and explain everything to you in non geeky terms, and don't just assume that you know. I explained what I needed doing, Wellwood said it would be no problem at all, and it wasn't to them. They even tweaked settings on my router and television which wasn't part of the job. Excellent service, I would 100% recommend.

I am the founder of Neil's Hugs Foundation a charity based in West Lothian and Clackmannanshire, I can not recommend Wellwood Communications enough. I personally do not like dealing with faceless companies, I like to be able to speak to people in person if I need to and have a consistent person I deal with if appropriate, I have all that with Wellwood. I needed 25 mobile phones for our volunteers and they found me what was the best deal at the time, they dealt with the company on my behalf until the contract was sign and are there to support me if I need anything going forward.

My contract with BT was finished and Davey and the team at Wellwood managed to not only get me a better deal, but a far better service for the money.

Davey went above and beyond to arrange the installation of the upgraded line along with the router which he personally delivered and set up. He then also ensured that my in situ services were cancelled - all of this on a Saturday afternoon! This ensured I had no down time during my working week which made a massive difference.

On behalf of West Lothian Golf Club I'd like to rate Wellwood Comms. They migrated us from landlines and slow DSL broadband to a hosted IPT system all running over 4G broadband. We now have no phone lines at all and members and staff enjoy faster internet WiFi services. You can see from the picture we are at the end of the line when it comes to copper and with no fibre the 4G got it sorted. Top Class.
