I have had a very pleasant experience with Sutherland Management Dundee since moving into our flat as students in 2022. I have stayed with them for 3 years now and they have been extremely helpful and very professional. From the minute we moved into the flat Allen and Alex have been very welcoming and accommodating for us. We have had very little issues with the flat and any issue that has arisen has been dealt with instantly. Their communication has also been very transparent with us. I cannot recommend their service enough. Thank you Allen and Alex for all your help during our stay in the property and for making our last few years of staying in Dundee smooth running:)

Excellent experience with Sutherland Management, especially Allen and Alex. We moved to Dundee from Australia and the process seamless from the beginning to end. They were very accommodating with offering a virtual viewing, our start date and taking measurements of the rooms for us. They were always prompt with responding to queries when we were tenants. We would recommend them as agents and will definitely be in touch if we move back to Dundee!
