Can’t speak highly enough of this store. My partner was locked out of his phone and from the moment we arrived, to be greeted immediately on entering the shop, to the moment we left, the staff were so helpful and kept him updated at every step with what they were doing. They were very patient and helpful. Thank you Apple Basingstoke.

Poor service on repairs - left us waiting 40 minutes after having returned 30 minutes later due to there booking service. The manager came over asked to see the serial number pretending they had never seen one before. Then went out back came back and said we won’t be fixing it, it’s out of warranty and because we made you wait we will offer you 50% off a new one. Didn’t try and fix the current one, and said that was the only option. Didn’t ask who it was bought through, proof of purchase and actually didn’t have the guts to even ask those questions just went straight to serial number age. Worst customer service ever, lost all faith in their ability to deliver service.

I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff at Apple in Festival Place. I had the pleasure of interacting with so many wonderful people, and I can’t even begin to thank them all. The level of service and knowledge displayed by the staff was truly exceptional. They made my experience absolutely amazing, and I left feeling incredibly happy and confident with my new phone. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Poor service from start to finish. Agents walking around not helping customers and the response to faulty (expensive) products is appalling. 2 month old AirPod-4 which one stopped working and it seemed to be my fault!! Find another store or buy a better product.

Booked in a demo of the Apple vision at just after 12 to start at 12:30. I left the store at 12:15 to get a snack and returned on time. After a few minutes I was told I would have to wait for one of three demos to finish. These were not booked at 12:30 and they were not in the store at 12:15. It seems the store encouraged ad hoc bookings and these take precedence over those that have booked. Makes a mockery of the billing system. I explained I was unhappy and I found the store helper unable to see my view and actually came across as though I were being unreasonable not wanting to wait. This is no way to treat customers and no way to sell a premium product.

My partner had her iPhone 14 for approx a year and a half.
This morning her phone was dead and hadn’t charged overnight, then found out it wasn’t the charger it was the phone.
Went to Apple, they said it’s out of warranty and wanted £500 to fix it (the phone was about £700 back when she brought it), every repair shop said they couldn’t do it.
Had to buy an entirely new phone and got ‘given off £280’, where £180 of it was used to pay off her original contract!

Very good experience for a screen replacement, even when late for the appointment they made time for me and got my screen replaced within the hour as the part required was in stock. Fantastic service and strongly recommend them for repairs.
