One of the worst PR agencies around. Very messy, unprofessional and do not know how to handle guest list from start to finish. I would avoid anything organized by them

Unprofessional and disrespectful. We were invited to an appointment by Black PR after they reached out to us via email. Upon arriving at the showroom, we were informed that as we don't have 20,000 Instagram followers, they wouldn't be showing us pieces and wanted us to leave. If 20,000 is a strict guideline for loaning pieces and, in Black PR's opinion, does not equate to our 60,000 TikTok followers, 64 million views, and 3 million likes, this should have been checked in advance by Harriet, the Director who confirmed the loaning of samples, Sheila, who invited us to the showroom to try on pieces (and asked us to leave without even starting the appointment she had asked us to attend) or Janet the showroom Manager who suggested a time, date and confirmed the slot, not after dragging one of our Founders to your Dalston showroom, then asking her to leave within minutes of arriving.

There were also two additional team members, Rebecca and Sasha, CC'd into the email chain, so we're confused how this seemingly critical detail managed to elude five of their employees. As a PR company representing brands and building their media relationships, we would have expected some organisation and research into the titles and journalists they are liaising with, that being the entire point of a PR company.

For fellow press and influencers, we suggest offering your time and influence to the other wonderful fashion PR companies around London that work with incredible brands, show people respect (regardless of their Instagram following) and won't waste your time and money.

Absolutely terrible first contact experience. This was for two shows involving LFW by Black PR. Can not believe shouting at invitees making them feel like they are the problem for being asked to attend a show. FROW to the left, PRIORITIY to the right and everybody else good luck.
