So far so good. Documents are readable online. Absolutely brilliant that you can change registration plates to/from a private plate without a charge/fee. Love that.

Only disappointment is that they won't quote me to change my car from a big powerful Jaguar XF to the dad car that is a Nissan Elgrand so I'm having to cancel my insurance.
