Just do not go, not worth stepping foot in anywhere in Ashton. This place is run down and such a slum now. I grew up in around Ashton and it used to be lovely in the 90s, however this council has bled it dry and wasted all resources by lining there own pockets, what have they actually done with the millions spent It as now been replenished with crackheads, shop doorway beggars, pound shops and bookies. Stay home and order online much safer.

All good shops but more businesses could could do well here as there are a few units empty but well worth the day out if you like shopping.disabled be aware you do pay for parking but you do get an extra hour.

Ashton under lyne shopping arcade. Small but has a good selection of shops. Parking is well priced in its own carpark.

It breaks my heart to see a town like Ashton, it used to be the best place to go in the 90s now homeless begging all over the place I have nothing against them it's just in the 90s you wouldn't see anyone tapping for money, and in order for it to get better then the drugs have to go it's the root of all evil, I'm someone who was an addict and I know, I would love to show them what they are missing
