About 18 months ago, I purchased a Hikvision CCTV security system from ADK Security. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. I didn’t know a single thing about CCTV, but the staff took the time to explain everything to me in simple, clear terms I could actually understand. They didn’t use technical jargon or try to overwhelm me, just honest, straightforward advice.

They made sure I got a system that was exactly right for my home. They didn’t oversell or undersell anything, it was exactly what I needed for my personal security, and I was really happy with that.

The team are clearly very knowledgeable. The in-store display was impressive and gave me a clear idea of what I was buying. Everything was explained properly, and I felt confident in the choice I made.

Fast forward 18 months, I had a slight issue with my recorder. I went back to the shop and showed it to them. The technicians on site were fantastic, they quickly diagnosed the issue and explained that it would need to go back to the manufacturer. I started to worry about being without a system in the meantime.

To my surprise, they gave me a brand new recorder there and then. I was over the moon. That just shows the level of customer service you get when you choose ADK Security.

All the staff are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The technicians can answer all your questions, and there’s a great atmosphere in the shop. While I waited, I even helped myself to a lovely coffee.

I can’t recommend ADK Security enough. Whether you know a lot about CCTV or absolutely nothing like I did, they’ll take care of you from start to finish and long after the sale too.

Great customer service experience despite initially receiving the wrong product. I emailed and within an hour of the email the correct product had been despatched for next day delivery and with clear and concise email updates from Ahmed Desai. Would definitely use again.

The staff there are so helpful especially a great person called Admire, chasing my order with the delivery company, keeping me updated and being professional and courteous at all times.
