Assistance and service from Carolyn and the team were excellent. A sofa I'd seen online was brought out of the warehouse for me to try. Instant order! (along with a beautiful chair!) Both sofa and chair are in immaculate condition and were discounted in comparison to the well known retailer.
Delivery experience was also excellent. The greatest of care was taken in getting the sofa and chair in to my apartment.
I can't recommend Heatons highly enough. I'll be back!

Amazing experience at Heatons. The staff were super friendly and helpful when I viewed the sofa in-store, and they kept up great and prompt communication after the purchase, especially when it came to organising delivery. I’ll definitely be back for more furniture in the future, as they have new stock coming in all the time.

We love heatons furniture ❤️❤️ we purchased our 3 and 2 seater living melody in quinn grey from the heatons which should of been £974 which was already a fab price but on the day of purchase I'd won an extra £100 off taking the total to £874 for the exact same set from a big retailer the total would of been £1527 due to this retailer charging a whopping £119 for delivery which heatons do free of charge which again is unheard of these days! The lovely heatons even arranged delivery on a Saturday just 6 days later 😀 were totally over the moon with our new sofa and couldn't of asked for better service thanks Lee and nicola and all at the heatons 😁 thank you thank you thank you

Found a great suite exactly what we wanted.
Contacted the store and spoke to a lovely lady who took our order. She was very helpful and friendly organised the removal of our old suite. All told a great buying experience with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend them.

Having seen the exact sofa in a John Lewis store but being out of our budget we were a little disappointed until we looked at your website. The sofa was £400 cheaper and with free delivery it was an easy decision for us as many stores are charging over £100 just for delivery on top.

Such an easy process to purchase online and would definitely consider using Heston's again if this order goes well!
