The young man that served me James was excellent.he showed me the features I asked for and more put my case & screen protector on for me and cleaned up phone after. He was very pleasant in manner knew his stuff and gave me tips for my content creation & photography. All & all James was excellent he definitely deserves a 5 star review.
I wold like to say that I initially went into the Apple store it was plush
Can you try to upgrade your store aesthetically seats look very shabby & worn; however I felt Samsung Staff were very iendly and helpful, I felt comfortable. Whereas the Apple Store felt CLINICAL. Samsung phones are excellent 🙂

Absolutely useless. Just to be clear Samsung Experience Stores are not actual Samsung stores.

Made an in-store purchase of £300 on last Saturday. . I was told item will arrive on Monday or latest by Tuesday. The lady who served me sent me an email of receipt and i pointed out that the contact number she entered is incorrect. She changed it on the paper copy(she printed for store records apparently) but never changed on the system.

Now it has been end of day Tuesday. During the day I contacted the store and first i was told i came to wrong team(in-store sales) and then she transferred me to REPAIRS team. The guy said he has no idea aboit sales and he will check and call me back. Which he did thankfully short after. He then said that he checked it and all he can tell me is that warehouse has dispatched the item. Dont know when, dont know where it is, and cant say when it will arrive.

I waited all day again and then tried to ring back after 6pm. But after trying for AN HOUR AND HALF to get through to someone, i was unsuccessful.

I cant believe it has taken so long and still no tracking and still no clue when it will arrive. I gave up. When the automated voice whilst on hold said GUARANTEED next day delivery if complete purchase before 5.30pm.

This is a joke. I dont see any other choice but to visit the store and HOPE that the item MAY have arrived.

UPDATE: Called and spoke to manager. No idea when the item will arrive. Her solution she offered. 1) check with warehouse, still cant guarantee the delivery time, 2) cancel and get refund, 3) make purchase over the phone for a GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Over the phone purchase FROM THE STORE can be delivered next day but IN STORE PURCHASE FROM SAME STORE and no idea where it is, when it will arrive. This is a nightmare experience. Sure it is an experience store. Kind of experience ill never forget.

Excellent customer service. We were seen today by Vic and Andy who helped my wife and I by fitting a new screen protector at very short notice. Vic even finished his shift late to ensure it got done. We were extremely impressed by them and will continue to use Samsung products because of brilliant service like this. Thank you!

Spent over two thousand pound there in December and service was pretty decent to be fair even though they wouldn't budge on price of accessories. Called back today to replace already split (whilst in pocket and hand bag both screen protectors). Didn't show the slightest bit of interest in serving us just a fob off no stock...... won't be calling there again.
