We are always here, well my mum is. She loves the garden department in particular. She always goes here, as it is so much cheaper than the local garden centre.
It doesn't have 'everything', but it has enough to keep her occupied and satisfied. These are her comments. I like it too, as it is particularly useful for homewear and for finding gifts/presents.

My first ever trip to The Range started with lunch in a very nicely done out cafe. The food is of a very standard fare but is just the thing for a quick lunch trip.
I loved the place, it's crafters/artist's heaven. I bought watercolour supplies that I hadn't yet tried out, a pad, watercolour paints, a watercolour pencil travel set as well as 3 balls of huge finger knitting wool. 3 large balls at £4.99 each means I am going to have a blanket at a fraction of the normal retail price.
The biggest gripe is the usual gripe for wheelchair users, boxes upon boxes needed moving in the aisles. Some were with someone putting stock out but at least 50% were just put down and left so both myself and a lady with a buggy were having to skip whole aisles.

Ordered some recipt books online for click and collect
Later I got a email to say the order was cancelled
I nipped into the range a few days later and mentioned to a woman on customer service
She just said "yes that because we haven't got any in stock "
Why does it let you place an order for something that's not in stock?
It's happened before it's about time they sorted this out!
I won't be back in a hurry
Lots of better places Like this

I don't like the food sextion because it makes the rest of the assortment tight, and it doesn't look nice. Overall, I like The Range, I will always find something interesting to buy

As a very big store it can occasionally be messier than smaller stores, however the larger content and more space to display means you can visibly see the products better than smaller stores, overall a great visit but the missing star is only because of the slight messier experience
