Went in to get an internet and tv deal for my new house, nice as pie when they were taking details off me and telling me my box would come soon and thanks for choosing us, they called me today saying I can't have that deal for absolutely no reason, AND referred me to a credit checker which I already have and I know I have good credit. The man that served me said "I dont know" over and over, same with the manager and to be honest that's just not good enough. I just hope they delete all my details because if they charge me for services I wont be having, I'll be absolutely furious.

Generally don't have my qualms about Virgin Media, but this store in particular has terrible customer service. Went in previously to get an upgrade, was denied and the company cannot tell me why (I've been a loyal customer for almost a decade!) Went in again today almost 2 years later with the same potato phone that will barely switch on anymore, and as I walk in the guy behind the counter puts his hand up to my face, telling me he can't deal with me right now. Well don't worry you can deal with head office who I reported you to instead. Honestly is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I used to work in retail myself and would never speak to a customer like that. If it was once you could put it down to a bad day, but it is literally every single time I've been in there they have been incredibly rude. I have an iphone for work with no problems yet my personal phone I've had nothing but trouble with. This store is simply not interested.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Had a single payment left on my old handset and apparently the staff there are unable to deal with that so ended up standing out in the cold for half an hour while dealing with their cell centre over the phone. Eventually got the upgrade but the whole process felt like it was designed to be difficult.

Horrible service. Downgraded then shortly upgraded and because of this they gave me a £115 bill followed by another £103 my package was only £48. Internet and channels are not as smooth going as advertised. The service is that bad I bought a ps4 and use Netflix the tv side of virgin I would avoid all together save yourself stress, hassle and pointless phone calls from virgin trying to scam you out of more money. Virgin should go back to selling cds and dvds.

Been told that once you dial and hear the call ringing you start getting charged, regardless of whether anyone answers or not! And 36p for one second is outrageously out of order! Totally unfair and unbelievable.

Rude employees, and get a better deal online. No wonder the place is always empty.
At least it gives them plenty of time to play on their phones as there are no customer's.

Absolutely disgusting.
Cut my internet off by mistake.
5 days later and still not connected
Over 3 hours on the phone already.
Promised to reconnect within the next 48 hours at last.
Believe it when I see it.
