We have just moved into our new home over the weekend and to put it simply, we are absolutely thrilled with the house and service we have received.

Sara and Marion were fantastic in making us feel at ease throughout the process, as it can be daunting and feel overwhelming buying a new home because of all the choices you get to make. Communication was also very good throughout the process.

Stuart and Charlie were fab and the home demo was a really nice touch. Again communication was clear and great.

I personally work in the property industry and I would have no trouble recommending a Cyden home to friends , family and clients.

We purchased a Cyden built home in January 2025 on the Alexander Park development in Louth. We did have a little trepidation buying a new home due to the various horror stories reported in the press but after a recommendation from a local estate agent we decided to go ahead. I can honestly say that we haven't regretted our purchase one bit, from the initial meeting and site visit with Andrea we felt at ease through the whole process. There was no pressure sales, we had lots of choices over tiles, kitchen cabinets, worktops, carpets etc and also some upgraded added extras. We moved from outside of the area and visits were a 3hr drive. Andrea promptly responded to my emails with building updates. Once the house was finished and prior to completion I had an independent snagging survey and only a few minor issues were found, which were all addressed by Zach prior to completion. The house is great and in a fantastic location. Only one recent issue with a small leak but the response time was amazing. Emailed Sam at customer care on the Sunday and we had it all fixed by Monday afternoon. A special thanks to Andrea, Sam and Zach. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cyden Homes.

We have been in our Cyden home for almost 4 months now and can honestly say the whole experience has been absolutely amazing! We had heard many horror stories of new builds but we have had absolutely no issues with our home. The build quality and the finish is brilliant, with a wide variety of choice throughout the home. As we are first time buyers, the new homes team went out their way to accommodate us and make the move stress free. Special mention to site manager Simon, who is always on hand should we need him, he even fitted our washing machine! Also a mention to the sales advisor Laura, who was able to answer any questions we had, even now 4 months down the line.

I absolutely love my new home- it feels spacious, with super bedroom sizes across all 4 of the bedrooms. A great family home!
Cyden have been excellent- from initial enquiry to end result, I feel I have been looked after for all of the proceedings. The build quality is second to none , with so many extras included too, unlike other developers.
The after care has been exceptional and no problem is too small- there is always someone to help you. The site managers ( Jason and Ady, Lindis Park) are great and very friendly, for me they have been superb!
I would certainly recommend Cyden to anyone looking for a new build home.
