Kitty and Ollie designed Louis’ new website from scratch, I had literally No Idea where to start. They consequently produced a website so awesome I frequently get people telling me what a great site it is, easy to navigate and information right where you expect it. You can’t ask for more than that.

In terms of ongoing support, they are always at the end of a line to help when I’ve messed something up while adding stuff to the website. They explain stuff in a non-jargony way so even the most dedicated technophobe can understand what to do, and if it all still goes pear-shaped they are on it immediately. I speak from experience!
