Excellent quick service. We had inherited a machine from previous volunteers, worked out how to use it with help from E-Badges website and went into production using components which came with machine. So good we bought magnet blanks for more fundraising for Friends of Cromford Canal. Many thanks.
We realised the cutter blade ordered was wrong, due to our machine being rather old but it was replaced free of charge, such good service. Many thanks again.

Last lot of magnet fronts appeared thinner than usual and didn't give good results. Phillipa sorted problem and sent replacements, all okay now. Excellent company to deal with, can't fault them.

Excellent customer service! I've had my eBadges micro machine for quite a few years now and just ordered a new 500 badge kit. I came up a few pieces short, due to user error, on the previous set and they kindly sent me a few extra piece in the order. I use the badges for parties, festivals, with youth group work, as gifts and even in the office sometimes. Everyone loves a badge! They are easy to make and always come out professional looking. I can't recommend this company enough if you'd like to start making badges.
