I have honestly never seen or received a product so bad, everything from the print quality to the item printed on, I was actually shocked when I opened the package. The sales team we first class. We will see what the customer service is like when receiving our money back.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The sales executive, Normalya, was relentless, calling me every hour on my personal number and texting me on my phone to pressure me into placing an order. However, the moment payment was made, communication ceased entirely. Despite repeated emails every day, I received no response. Eventually, I was informed that Normalya had left the business and that Jake had taken over, yet there was still no update, no effort to keep me informed, and no sense of accountability. I told them the deadline by which I need the swag and I was assured that I'll get it by then.

I deeply regret not checking the reviews before placing such a significant order. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against dealing with this company.

I would not recommend this company at all. After receiving the order which was not the colour that was on the order form, I said it maybe worth not having two different names for the same colour! Similar is not the same! a concept that they seemed not to understand or care about. Very dismissive of my contact will certainly not be using again and definitely not recommending to anyone.

Poor experience with disappointing customer service.

I placed an order on behalf of a local charity I work for that has supported the most vulnerable groups of older people since the beginning of the COVID pandemic. We have fundraised in order to purchase some pins to show our appreciation for our 'Unsung Heroes' that are our dedicated support workers that have put themselves and their families at risk to support others this last year as Key Workers.

After approving artwork in October 2020 without being informed of the epoxy finish effects on both brand colors and the artwork the pins arrived and we less than disappointed with the quality. We had not been told the finish would tarnish the colors and the artwork did not give a true reflection on the size of the font on the pin. Therefore we went back to Everything Branded with our concerns to which the Sales Manager offered a £100 contribution towards another order if we wanted to replace. We accepted this as funds had been raised to ensure all Key Workers were recognized with a pin. This was agreed in January 2021. Since then we have been emailing, calling and trying to get a resolution on the status of the revised artwork in order to approve and place the order. To date we still have received nothing. As a result our workforce of Unsung Heroes continue to go unrecognized and donated funds wasted.

It has been disappointing to say the very least and from my experience i would not recommend placing an order as a business or charity.

Fantastic customer service!
Had a problem with a manufacturer defect in a bluetooth speaker i ordered. My account manager, Brett Bunting, worked to find me a solution in time for my event. He was understanding of my frustration and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use them in the future!

Ben Jones's service at Everything Branded was amazing. He was very patient with me and the changes I needed. Accommodated for everything I asked for. The product turned out better then I imagined. The turn around was unbelievable. My client needed embossed notebooks with engraved pens in a short period of time and they delivered without a hiccup. Absolutely fantastic service. Made an initial online enquiry within a short while Vish had called me to clarify details and provide the quotation. A mock up was provided using an image from my website with the quote. Estimated 10 working days to delivery, within 5 working days they were here. Fantastic thoroughly professional service from start to finish and I will definitely be using them again

Purchased a work order for 100 branded USBs (attached image choice of USB). The product delivered was brilliant giving us a large stock of branded USBs to issue out. The time from start to finish was within a week (design / order / payment and delivery).

The USBs work really well and the branded is crisp and lasts; I have one thats been in use for ages (from a previous order) and its logo isn't even slightly tarnished 3 years on.
