The amazing thing about Cornish hosting is the prompt reply and support. They have been infinately patient with me even though I have needed a lot of hand holding along the way. A friend recommended them to me because they are also extremely well priced. I can't recommend them enough.

Cornish Hosting are just brilliant. That is all you really need to know. Their prices are very respectable with lots of options to suit your needs. However, it is their excellent customer that makes them so good. If any issues crop up they get in touch incredibly quickly, keep you updated and resolve the matter as soon as possible. It really does make a difference knowing that they care about their customer and want to keep things running as smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend them enough.

Totally dedicated UK Family Company
After a lot of research I have just moved my domain names and web sites to Cornish Hosting. I felt it was important to support a UK company, and what a bonus to find this is a small family business with such a good reputation! Most of the companies out there are actually owned by one big American company, though you might never know.
If you are thinking of moving domains and web sites, avoid disasters, and contact Cornish Hosting. Someone will contact you very quickly, and they are happy to discuss your requirements.
My transfer was dealt with by Andy, he lives and breathes his work, and doesn't pass on to different departments, he will do your transfer himself from start to end with no excuses.

Received good hosting support but have unfortunately been let down by their Billing dept. We accidently paid twice to renew hosting package, and Cornish Hosting refused to refund the second payment, keeping it as credit on our account (presumably to secure our business for the following year?). We thought we had done the right thing by paying early and through Bank transfer, as Cornish Hosting specified they preferred bank transfer.
Received appalling customer service from them received when dealing with this issue, hiding behind their t+c, when a refund is so easy to do.
