Lovely lovely experience, lovely food, but I have to give a review of Michael, oh my word what a superstar. He went above and beyond catering for the whole family, and making sure everything was beyond perfect. He epitomises what customer service is about and is an absolute credit to Zizzi, whatever you are paying him, double it, you cannot lose him ever!!!!!!

The food was good and the place itself was welcoming, but the best bit by far about our visit was our server, Elliot. He was so attentive, friendly and kind, and really went out of his way to make sure we had a nice birthday meal for my nephew (he even initiated and sang happy birthday, with our Cuthbert cake!) whilst still doing a top job of serving all his other customers efficiently and swiftly. It was busy but he didn’t seem stressed, just happy to serve us and treat us extremely well. Unfortunately the food and drinks don’t provide value for money as everything is priced above even the current crazy average (can only assume prices are hiked because most customers are there with Tesco clubcard vouchers), so we couldn’t return regularly because of that. And can’t give 5 stars because of that. But the service from Elliot specifically was second-to-none and he alone deserves 5+ stars. I really hope he gets rightfully acknowledged and rewarded by his managers for the great job he does. It absolutely makes a difference.

We had a wonderful meal at Zizzis following a trip to the cinema in Stafford.
It’s in a nice location and with easy access to the town and car parks.
Michael served us and provided great service to us all as a family.

I didn't guy the tall guys name but he was on the main desk, the absolute best at hospitality. Nothing was too much, will be back 🙂
