Used this company last year to get posters and flyers, although they were quick, there was a lot of confusion of the use of their terminology and as a result the posters I ordered never arrived. Instead, they sat at the printers waiting for collection (which they didn't make clear was going to happen). They refused to accept any responsibility for the mistake at all, and I lost a fair amount of money on the printing costs for these posters.

When I tried to make a complaint they were rude and abrasive and very unhelpful. I was happy to admit my blame in the incident, but wanted them to admit that their confusing terminology was also part of the problem.

I would have been happy with half of the money back (in direct proportion to their blame) but left feeling belittled and blamed. I would not use this company again because of the way they handled complaints.
