Sold my personal email to another local business which was used for marketing purposes. I understand TDP bought my email address through a string of information providers going back to a data harvester who cannot prove where they got my email from! I believe it was not obtained legally, and it was not agreed by me that it could be used, Very un-professional.
To make things worse they will not respond to me, so I can only assume they agree they have broken GDPR rules.

Good agency who provide decent marketing data and leads, used for both B2B and B2C campaigns for several years. Useful data advice and campaign advocacy. Have always found their data our-performs our own in terms of delivery - so much for keeping hold of CRM enquirers and marketing to lapsed customers, rent a list or get them to broadcast for you!

Having used TDP for many years now, I can say they undoubtedly deliver every time and are head and shoulders above other list providers. When there are issues, things have been dealt with quickly and I'm yet to have a major issue with TDP. Working to strict deadlines I can always rely on them as they never let me down, the efficiency and productivity of this place is scary sometimes. Sells on Data to companies even though you're registered on TPS and they shouldn't hold your data anyways!
Contact via their online chat and they ignore you, send a data access request via email and they ignore you, speak to them on Social Media and guess what... they ignore you!

What a Terrible Terrible Company, hopefully you are dealt with appropriately by the appropriate bodies for flaunting all the rules you're meant to follow

EDIT: They have got back to me, they are passed the data by another company, the Data Access member of Staff has been most helpful chasing this for me, I shall continue waiting for this to be resolved, but I believe they are trying

Over the last 6 months I have received so many calls from companies using my data that has been out of date for over 8 years. The only thing that hasn't changed is my mobile number. I thought that GDPR meant that you have to opt in for your data to be passed on. I also don't know how they can claim their data is up to date and accurate.
