It's a retail shop. The layout has recently changed, areas have been closed off, and the sofas are now too far over the walkways, making it feel claustrophobic. There is always a broken lift. There's lots of variety and some of the staff are fantastic.

Walked around near a staff member on the floor deliberately saying to my daughter I couldn't find a t-shirt on a mannequin, that maybe they'd sold out, maybe it was somewhere else, maybe I'd have to ask someone. Multiple cues for an offer of help but Nothing ?

Some great clothes though. Including a great t-shirt on a mannequin.

Always a warm welcome at Next, soon as I walk in, I'm greeted with beautiful things, most of which, I would not be buying, but its lovely just to walk round & browse, get ideas for decorating & decor, immediately get swept up into that world.
The womans clothing this autumn/winter, is very sixty's & lots of gorgeous blingy tops, skirts, & dresses!
Lots of Jean's to fit all shapes & sizes.
Have a great little shop just at the entrance called Brightest Bloom, with super smelly soaps bathe & shower, & fragrance, brought a rose scented fragrance for my 90 year old mum, who is quite poorly at the mo, so thought this would cheer her up.
You can mix & match the scents to get just the right fragrance for yourself or friends & family, loved the vanilla one, maybe next time? Even if ur not buying, so nice to browse & they have those little strips of card for you to try all the fragrances Definitely worth a visit, & the staff are very friendly & helpful.
As I've found most of Next staff to be, I think that one of the reasons I really like Next, you know your going to get great quality & the staff are always polite, friendly, & most importantly seem they actually want & are happy to help you.
All in all great service & a pleasant experience.
And to top it all off perfectly, they have a Costa, lunch if you need it, super coffee, tea & delicious cakes. A Win Win!

Just love this place with all these amazing products from lush sofas to great clothes. My only criticism is that the customer service could have been slightly better.
I had to search for the correct jean size for my husband,when a bit of help would have been welcomed.
There were four members of staff having a chat while I was searching.
That said,I totally enjoy every visit and never leave empty handed.

Always feels like the apprentice designed the mensware when compared to the women's selection. Men are a proper afterthought; just in case the husband comes along for the ride..
