Incompetent management, the worker who works on the forklift (old forklift) does not have a spare battery and then the driver waits since 13:00 to unload the truck. At 18:00 it is said that the battery on the forklift will be charged and that they will start unloading. That means the driver loses at least 6 hours to unload the truck. This is crap from the company! The guy on the forklift is a top. The management is incompetent and I don't know why they even get paid.Because of their incompetence, the driver is late for the load and loses a day.
