I have used Porsche Bolton for several years now, across two different Porsche models. I have always found them helpful, with great service, people who "know their stuff" and who give you honest advice. Importantly, they stand by their work - if there are any issues they go to extreme lengths to fix it - so that they have satisfied clients like me. Also, their coffee is great!

Where I live I have a choice of 4 Porsche dealerships within reasonable distance. I always choose Bolton. I would certainly recommend them.

Terrible experience with Porsche Bolton. I was asked to collect my car at 5 PM, but it wasn’t ready until 7 PM, causing me to miss my concert. To make matters worse, they didn’t wash the car, claiming the jetwash had already been stored away.

They also lost the charger cap on my Taycan and refused to replace it. Mark Runiman, one of the advisors, promised to go above and beyond to resolve the issue but only offered a 10% discount on future services.

The handling of this situation was extremely disappointing—definitely not what you’d expect from a Porsche dealership. Avoid this location and visit other dealerships instead!

The service today from a gentleman named Alec was the most unhelpful I have ever had the misfortune to stumble across, to receive in a Porsche Garage. A simple question asked “is there any movement on price” his response whist jumping 2 feet from the ground was “calm down, calm down don’t get excited”. This car was £68,000 not a £6.80 pair of second hand shoes from the local charity shop. I wasn’t getting excited. Regardless of price alteration or not If this is the Face of the Sales department in Porsche Bolton it’s a total let down. Preston have always been helpful, I will buy my new Porsche elsewhere other than this company. Thanks.
