I experienced a colleague at Asda today by the name of Chelsea at the customer service desk. She was very racist towards myself because of my slight accent that I have. I spoke to her in ‘standard English’ and she disregarded me because of my accent. She then called over her Asian colleague (I myself am also Asian) and said to her colleague can you deal with this customer because
you will be able to understand her accent as you’re Asian. I am appalled that Asda have employed racist workers. It is disgusting the way I have been treated today. If this is not dealt with I will be reporting this

OK Asda branch, its a bit dated inside, the cafe is cheap but it's not great food, though they have decent kids food offers. There is a decent range of stuff on sale, especially catering for the sizeable Asian local population. They have a design your own cake machine, where you can upload your photo, and it prints it onto an edible sheet you place onto your cake which is pretty neat.

Today I tried to return an item at Asda in Manchester road in Bolton . I had purchased it just a week ago and it was completely unused. However, the experience was very frustrating. Around six staff members gathered as if they were preparing for surgery – no one seemed to be doing anything, just walking around aimlessly.

I stood there for almost half an hour, and in the end, they refused to take the item back. I then went to another Asda branch, where they didn’t even look at the box and accepted the return without any issue.

After that, I went back to the first store to let them know that another branch had accepted the return without a problem. Shockingly, they told me, “Our policy is different from other Asdas.”

I was very disappointed with the customer service at that branch. They wasted a lot of my time and didn’t treat the situation professionally. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and customer care across all Asda branches.

Top 2 supermarkets in bolton. Very big supermarket, has pretty much everthing, love the locaility.

Just wish the car park spaces were slightly larger. Hard to open doors when other vehicles parked beside yours.

Quite an experience, especially more so at the month of Ramadan where we actually value and appreciate food. Been getting ready made meat and chicken all this month.. Very nice surprisingly.. A little treat for the family.. Nothing much to do, just cook and eat..

Larger Asda with lots of parking, really needs a refurbishment but plenty of choice in the store has a Subway and a dry cleaning shop by the car park. Good place to get an easy meal on way home. No petrol station at this store.

What an absolute farce & disgrace this store is. I ordered an online shop around 6.30pm & it didn't arrive until 9.50pm.
I didn't receive a few items that I ordered, I ordered 2 whole fresh Chickens & I received 2 small packs of chopped chicken breasts & a pack of cooked spicy chicken breast pieces on a stick.
I received iced mince pies which I didn't order. I have mobility problems & I could do a damn sight better than the shoppers for online shopping. The poor taxi driver had to wait a long time too which isn't fair on him either..

Get a grip Asda Burnden Park & take note & look at what you're doing.
