We required high quality photo prints for our tv show props. Araf, the manage at Colour Box was extremely helpful and accommodating. He gave us an accurate estimate of the turnaround time and delivered the prints at short notice. We are incredibly grateful. The quality was excellent, very crisp and sharpimagws with fantastic colour saturation.

The company I work for used colourbox in the past. So while I was working for them they went back to colourbox for some simple work with the intention of getting more work done. Personally I thought the service was terrible and it felt you were making unreasonable requests and the staff just couldn't be bothered to help so my boss decided to stop using them and we will find somebody else at a later date.

At the moment we could really do with some leaflets/flyers printing very quick, ideally ready to collect for tomorrow which is short notice and of course we haven't sorted another printer to do our work yet so I suggested using colourbox again as they already have the design on file and might have just been having a bad day when we dealt with them last time. "I was wrong"

The lady answered the phone politely, and that's as far as the good part goes. After briefly explaining we need a quick turnaround on some leaflets she explained she doesn't look on the computer as "ITS NOT HER JOB" when my boss explained they already have the leaflet image, on their computer and it's literally a. Ase of hitting print she just wasn't interested. And kept explaining it's not her job. At the end of the call she did offer a little customer service by saying give me your number and I will get you a callback, might be tonight or maybe Monday.......haha. it's ok we will give that a miss.

Also the previous time we used them we paid a higher than usual price to get a logo created. We wanted to use that logo on company letterheads and even though we had paid for and owned the logo colourbox refused to give us the logo and said if we wanted anything with the logo on it had to go through them. Shocking behaviour.

With reference to your response claiming that that our claims are unjustified proves what sort of response we can expect to receive. At the time of your response you had no information, no details, you were unaware of who or when this review was based yet you have already claimed that our comment is unjustified. Let me explain why our comments are entirely justified...

1. There are other reviews from other customers making the exact same (unjustified) comments about the customer service they have received.

2. Leaving a review of a company or service that we have used is based on "Our Opinion" of the service and interaction we had when using your company. This is not a fake review as we did use your company, we paid the agreed money, we requested no discount and and made no attempt to not pay the bill and therefore have no reason or need to "justify" the opinion that i have expressed. It is just our honest opinion.

3. The review/opinion that I posted is my honest opinion. I understand it might not be the review that you wanted. I also understand that your opinion might be different and that you might disagree with how I feel and that is your right. My opinion was based on the interaction I had and was honest. It's not a review of how other customers feel or how your general customer service is handled but a review based only on the experience I had.

Went today to get my dissertation binded and absolutely amazing service despite coming extremely late and them closing the gentleman still took his time to sort mine and my friends dissertation absolutely amazing customer service and couldn’t recommend enough! Brilliant price too!

Thank you for the great service provided when I needed 100 funeral booklets printing very quickly.
The advice and quickness to reply you offered when other printing businesses were either shut (saturday) or slow to get back to me meant that ColourBox were the best choice and I was very happy with the end result and presentation price and customer service.
