As a business we started using Big wave media just under 2 years ago. We met them through Nick one of their sales directors and from the moment we spoke to them they have ensured everything we want is done and achieved. Our account manager Becky/ who passed us onto Vicky during her maternity leave manage our account on a day to day basis. They are always available to discuss ideas and to also give their opinion which is great as there specialty is the market place which allows us to get the best advice we can. Even during covid they have been extremely understanding and acknowledged the difficulties we have all faced none less than the hospitality trade.
