Allowed our SSL certificate to lapse for over 130 days. When contacted, I unfortunately dealt with Tony, the company director. After explaining the issue, it took a further 3 weeks to resolve, to the point we had to switch domain hosts.

Over this period, I had to continuously chase for updates & for our website details to be passed over, to allow the switch. Tony did not respond to numerous polite emails or whatsapp messages. His reasoning was that we were "not his only client" and the job wasn't high paying. Terrible attitude to have for a paying customer regardless of the amount of profit the job produces.

After dealing with the company for a number of years, its a shame that the service levels dropped so drastically. It's important to note, that there was an apparent tech issue, which was that our IT had apparently switched some details, blocking them access to make necessary changes. Although we made all the changes from Tonys request, for his team to complete the work promptly, this did not happen.

Tony lectured me for several minutes on a few phone calls, as if he was my father, for a "lack of please and thank yous" from our end to complete the work. As you can see from the attached images, this is far from the case. Overall, I have never across all my years of work been spoken to in such a patronising obnoxious way.
