I subscribed to participate in market research, but I keep receiving emails about opportunities that require filling out the same form and questions. Each time, I'm told I don't qualify. Please improve your targeting to share opportunities only with relevant participants and avoid wasting time on forms for projects we don't qualify for.

On both occasions the consultants have been friendly and professional when briefing us about the specific project. Post project, everything is processed seamlessly. Great to deal with them!
