I have been using Renrows for almost a decade to produce an annual brochure for my bridal boutique and have always been delighted with the quality of the publications. On many occasions I have also been on" the other side" and advertised in publications they have produced. I can honestly say that in all my dealings with them I have found them to be thoroughly professional, honest and transparent and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I advertised in a bridal brochure with this company in 2019 and they are still taking money from my account even though they’ve never done any work for me directly! There telephone number doesn’t work, I’ve emailed and get no response! Do not use this company as they just rip you off!

have nothing to do with this company. The rep will lie to you and totally mislead you in order to get you to sign up. They ask for deposits via a credit card only to be used for the deposit you will be told, ha, when you have a dispute with them they will use your credit card to recoup the rest of the payments. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM......INFACT JUST DO NOT DEAL WITH THE

Total con. They took nearly 6 months to put a publication together and now they cant prove to me that it has been sent out to the 18,000 new homes it was meant to. No business form it, no proof of the work actually having been done. Complete waste of time, money and patience.

They have very poor to virtually no communication skills by email or telephone. They printed an advertisement which was not given my approval and yet took the money. The publication was due to printed in January but only just came out now.

These guys have taken money from us as a company a year ago and have never published any advertising, or marketing. They claim that this was something that happened in their past when we called them. It seems that they are still ripping people off!

They trying to sell and charge for a wedding shop brochure for a business that had stopped trading before they printed
NEVER DEAL with them the put a load in the small print in the T&C’s to say it’s a 2 year contract and not even the business you wished to advertise with they are simply the worst of the worst
