Always love buying and selling items to CEX Bedford...it's quick and straightforward...prices are reasonable and staff are good. I have found CEX to be a reliable and trustworthy outlet to buy from on multiple occasions

They people went to the shop. CeX have look round what is game. They people like buy playstation 4 or 5 and Game and Xbox S .Children family have look at what game. Children like to play games but see game age not good age game was over age. Children's family, oh good, low age game 3, 11, and 12. Children's friends like the game .l have old nintendo ds game age was 3 ? ? yes l like playing ? ?

Absolute let down I came here on my own yesterday too sell lots off my blu rays and steel books and some was even still brand new the staff memeber who served me wasn’t very polite atall and even had the nerve too throw away the protecter cases for the steelbook ones without asking me if I wanted too keep them why would u do that !!!! ?

Worst CEX I’ve ever been in. Staff are grumpy and unhelpful, store is dirty and they don’t even know what they are doing half the time, I’ve been in twice now and both times there was confusion about the trade in process from their side! One store employee (Gabriel I think) is particularly unhelpful, gives rude one word answers and is just generally unpleasant to deal with. I am a big CEX fan but I won’t use this store again.

I'm a Sony PlayStation loyalist, and there's obviously a whole bunch of branches of CeX up and down the three counties, but this is my go-to place to pick up preowned games and accessories from the previous 4 Sony console generations. The variety on offer here is vast.
The staff are always game for a laugh in here too, and many of them are, shall we say, of an "alternative" suggestion much like myself. It's a clear indication of how inclusive their hiring policy is, and I'm all about that ✅️ I've no clue as to where the reviews slating them and calling them rude and unhelpful are coming from, but I'd be happy to take those people to task and defend these guys because they do a marvellous job.
I was trading in so much stuff here at one point, they practically knew me by name. Here's to much more continued custom. Game on ?
