Even though it was a small order they made sure the end result met high standards and even adjusted some formatting that wasn't quite right to make sure that was the case. You won't get that everywhere. Quick turnaround and responsive too. A really great service.

I Ordered business cards via site on eBay very good price and immediate link via text to upload my requirements. Very easy to use and quick.
It's now my place to go for all my printing and accessory needs. I was using Vistaprint since 2007 they are too expensive and a very complicated process to upload and order.

I placed an order with an image that wasn't high enough quality - the team reached out to me within an hour to let me know and allowed me to submit a new image rather than producing a low quality product for me.
The order was delivered quickly and well packaged. I'm excited to use them.

I reached out to Beanprint about shipping to Northern Ireland, and frankly, I was surprised by their response. They claimed that Brexit and the Windsor Framework made it too complicated, citing customs checks and paperwork as reasons they don’t ship to “Ireland.”

However, Northern Ireland is part of the UK, not the EU! Shipping here is no more complicated than within the rest of the UK, especially for UK-made items like postcards. It seems like Beanprint doesn’t have a firm grasp on geography—or basic logistics, for that matter.

It’s a shame, really. With all the “beans” they’re selling, you’d think they’d be able to grow their understanding of local delivery options. Instead, they’ve opted to miss out on an easy market.

I’ll be looking for a more open-minded company going forward.

I ordered a calendar told me to pay £10.00 postage and get it and never came for the 4th of January then went to 6th of January now telling me the 8th of January not happy what’s so ever absolutely disgusting £28.00 £18.00 for the calendar £10.00 to get it for the day now it’s 2 days late will be 8 days late I want my refund
