I had to contact Mail Boxes etc at late notice for an unexpected funeral as we needed large scale, specific printing. Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he provided an exemplary, empathetic and speedy service in our time of need. The product was amazing and at a price much lower than we were quoted elsewhere with a much quicker turnaround time. He went above and beyond, taking phone calls and emailing us over photos to double check proofs alongside replying straight away. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness in an incredibly stressful and difficult time and thank you for the outstanding result.
