Shelves empty, self service tills and screens always dirty with liquids,blood and sticky stuff. Cashier on customer service today was very rude, chucked our receipts and goods at us onto the counter instead of handing it to us. Blood and spilt liquids on fixture stripping,fridges and other surfaces. Needs a very good deep clean in all areas

Asda is located in the Brynmawr Retail Park with plenty of wheelchair parking at front of store. There are also electric car charging points. The store is very popular especially on the weekends and at Christmas. Today one of their great staff members Gareth retires and no doubt his friendly face will be missed. All the staff in Asda are great, friendly, professional and helpful. There is a security kiosk located at front of the store near the click and collect point next to customer services. There is plenty of choice in this store including household equipment, gifts, makeup, clothing/George section, fresh fruit and vegetables to frozen, along with hot meats, pizza and sushi counters and alot more. Seasonal items are always in demand with good prices. I can usually find what I need from this store. They offer delivery and click and collect at the side of the store for online orders. The deliveries are great and always on time. Overall a great store. Do not forget to download the Asda App on your phone for cash back rewards which is superb. There are toilets and wheelchair accessible toilets on site and a restaurant for refreshments and food which may be needed if you make a day of it visiting this retail park and other shops 😊.

I wanted to feedback my disappointment with a breakfast I had today at this store. I don't usually complain but I'm doing this in the hope that Asda will take note and make improvements. I had the cooked breakfast and it was terrible. It was barely warm and the presentation couldn't be less appealing. The eggs looked like they'd been dropped, scooped up off the floor and dumped on the plate. One bacon rasher was practically cremated. The rest was of it was terrible too. Its not acceptable to take money for such a sub standard meal. I won't eat there again until I know that it's better.

Brynmawr asda is the worst store I ever shopped at go early in the morning have a trolley full and no staff on tills and I'm not putting it through self checkout so go and make complaint to mangeress that's on that day shit attitude from here says they are short staffed which they say every week yet there's 3 on self service tills and 3 on cigarette and lottery counter beyond belief couldn't put one of these on till there 8 waiting at till waiting to be served what a shambles

Poor service from staff. I heard the cashier reply to an old man with a nasty face and terrible facial expressions. Um, what do you want, frozen potatoes cost so much, these are not fresh potatoes. He continued muttering to himself. Then he asked my daughter if it was bad that she was lying in the stroller. I replied that she had a virus and was healthy, but she was dehydrated and still has no energy because she is not eating enough. She asked me at least two more times if she had a virus, if she was contagious with a bad expression on her face. Another time, when I was in the store, an elderly woman, apparently very short like me, could not reach the freezer and asked a woman from the staff around to get her something from there. The staff member furiously came with the chair and handled it rudely with an angry face. I waited for her to finish and asked her most politely to hand me a pizza from the fridge, then she asked me in a rude tone What do you want, with an angry look. I have never had such disgusting service in a grocery store in other chains

I'm loving the Asda rewards app . First time I've used asda points system. This app is clever I spend more because collecting the stars and cashpot is addictive. I love the George clothing range. Ideal for my 3 children who continue to grow . Sunday I bought a skelenton and spider for Halloween. The quality is really good for the price
