Our old website/shop needed a revamp to the design and analytics. We had experienced a dip in traffic that turned into a trickle and then covid hit. PANIC!!!!!

I knew nothing about analytics but was aware at how powerful the internet can be when used effectively. Our old website had worked perfectly well for 10 years and we had become complacent - just at the wrong time too.

Luckily, I had been in discussion with Luke as to what was needed and all I had to do was to have faith and push on.

Luke was responsive to all (a lot!) my questions and displayed a knowledge and passion for web design which gave me confidence that something could be achieved - and it was achieved!
