Get told to ring at eight am for an appointment can't get through. When you finally get through they say there at capacity and to try again tomorrow. All the staff are brilliant though when you can get in the place

Worst surgery ever dealt with. But Dr Burton is lovely. I may give more stars depends how well they deal with my official complaint and whether I have to escalate it the PHSO. Let's see! Tbf if they sort themselves out, not put outright lies about diagnoses on notes & not spend 2 years tormenting vulnerable patients they have the facility to be great, so maybe a few staff changes and a new attitude & who knows! If our king can play the carrot in public then maybe they have ½ a chance. My personal experience has been nothing short of horrific and inhumane. I know others have been treated really bad but I can only speak for me. I do hope they pull there socks up with some extra partners too.

Leaving review on behalf of a friend, Mr Lowday who visited the surgery today. In recent months he has had only praise for the staff, GPs & the nurse he saw. Efficient, thorough, helpful + pleasant. Can't understand the bad reviews. It's a shame some of the historic ones can't be appealed and removed.

No wifi, no data, boiling, no ac or fans, very slow, can't breathe inside, no ventilation. The opening and closing informations are wrong. There are 3 different ones among the local info, google maps and via call. I never know when it's closed or not.

USE ANOTHER GP SERVICE- RUABON WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

Tried to get my holiday vaccines booked for months, was told by receptionist that I had to transfer doctors from my uni one to my home address. Filled in the vaccination form twice as they lost my first form. Finally tried to book an appointment with the nurse only for them to turn around and say they don’t do holiday vaccines anymore!

Waste of 3 months I need them asap :/ not impressed at all.

Been double booked my appointment TWICE and now waiting 8 weeks for my breathing tests. The nurse came with me to reception to re-book my appointment after being double booked (to ensure it wouldn’t happen again) and have been double booked YET AGAIN.

Wasted 2 days of my annual leave to get these tests done, all to be spent bouncing back and forth from the doctors for no reason.

Also, on top of this, I went in for a breathing test, and out of the blue the nurse tríese to take my bloods. I told her that I wouldn’t have them, (as I often faint, and only have them if I 100% need them). Only for her to unprofessionally roll her eyes at me and tell me that she’s “perfectly qualified to take them you know”. Where she thinks my cough is anemia (doctor hasn’t once mentioned anything about issues with my blood or anemia in the last 5 sessions with the GP) and I have no symptoms of anemia.

Very impressive service. Called up today to get an emergency appointment for my 3 year old. Called around 1pm & they managed to him in just after 4pm! There was a long wait to see our doctor but given the time of year & cut backs I really didn't mind. Doctor was respectful & didn't rush me, taking my concerns on board. Good service.

Honestly the worst doctors I have ever been to! The receptionist needs some training in costumer care and should come down from there power trip, and phoning a doctors office excepting there to be a doctor to get told there not in on Mondays is absolutely ridiculous, I understand they have a lot of other patients to see so maybe instead of closing for an our for there lunch they could take turns like normal work places so the whole place doesn’t have to come to a complete stop! And you shouldn’t leave somewhere that’s supposed to be helping you feel like the medical centre don’t seem to care about helping their patients
