From my first contact through to delivery of the final high quality product I experienced nothing but first-class customer service and excellent support (on phone and via their online support documents and sample book). I set this project, my client's memoir for his family and friends, in A5 size in Word which was not without it's challenges, but with the friendly, professional, support and advice from Louise, we did it! Value for money is 5 out of 5 without any question. I feel so lucky to have found this company when undertaking my original Google search for a book printer. And my client is absolutely delighted with the end result and is enjoying the family's reaction to his life story.

As a complete novice to self-publishing, I had no idea how to go about the publication of my collection of short stories. In searching for printers who might take on a short print run, I was impressed by the presentation and positive attitude of Imprint Digital. When I contacted them they explained the processes involved; I had not realised that my first step was toward a typesetter rather than a printer. Since Imprint work well with selected typesetters I was able to get the whole project completed in one place with no misunderstandings. In addition both typesetter and printer were helpful and sympathetic, explaining what could and could not be achieved – essential for a beginner whose editor had higher standards than most. It goes without saying (but I insist on saying it anyway) that Imprint do a fine job in producing a very professional-looking result, with both efficiency and kindness, and I could not recommend their services more highly.
