Receptionist and office manager giving out medical advise over the phone when they have no qualifications to do so. Office manager kept raising her voice and I had to repeatedly ask her to lower her voice as it was increasing my symptoms. I called the doctor eventually to help but I’ve been putting it off as I know the receptionist will upset me and make me feel worse. I only asked for a 10 minute phone call from the doctor but the receptionist and office manager seem to think they have medical training to give our advice. I may as well ask a random person for help! I’m feeling worse now after dealing with the receptionist and office manager who are unqualified medical practitioners, they work in administration not as doctors. Very upsetting ordeal!

Absolutely shocking!!!! Just went into pick up my prescription from the front desk off the receptionist, and wow how horrendous was the service.
I asked for my prescription she asked to we dispense I said no I get mine from kilgetty and both receptionists thought that was hilarious and laughed at me , went to leave said thankyou and she said o well your welcome! And they started laughing again at myself!? I turned around at the doorway and said I just said thankyou and they just laughed at me .

Felt like I was back in school with the resident bullies madness . Absolutely hate going to Saunders foot surgery I get my wife to sort my appointments out as I can't deal with the attitude you get from them

If you can avoid Saunders foot surgery do at all costs !!

Every month is the same every time you ring up to order your prescription it’s either engaged or no one is answering the last time I ordered I spent most of the day trying to get through with no luck had to ring the main receptionist in the end they took my order in the end but weren’t very happy about it

New receptionist is a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to secure a family member an urgent same day appointment after I was told none were available. I hadn't given mine or my relatives name or contact info but 10 minutes later got a call back saying they'd had a cancellation and an appointment was available. Considering I'd been in a queue for 40 minutes and their phone line was extremely busy I have no idea how she knew which number to call. I was beyond grateful.

About three years ago I changed my doctors from Narberth to Saundersfoot. I wish I had stayed with Narberth.
Firstly VERY difficult to even get someone to answer the phone at Saundersfoot let alone get an appointment. I have even called while standing in reception doorway. It wasnt even busy and nobody answered my call.
After being on hold for 45 mins you are cut off & have lost your place in the queue
When you speak to reception staff in person they are very rude, unprofessional and insolent.
The doctors themselves are extremely nice & professional

Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get through to sort a prescription, gave up and drive to the surgery whilst still connected. Arrived to find 2 receptionist chatting and drinking tea, when asked if there was an issue with their phone line one receptionist rudely told me they were over worked and under staffed (didn't look over worked whilst chatting and drinking).... Currently trying to make an appointment for my child and I have been 4th in the queue now for 35 minutes... It's a joke! Need to have the option of booking online appointments, I understand that the NHS is under great strains but this is ridiculous (think the surgery need to rethink their staffing on the front desk)
On a good note, the doctors and nurses that I have seen have been fantastic!

Absolutely brilliant surgery, when we have needed an appointment we have got one same day. When my husband had a suspected heart problem we were told to go straight down - everything was checked immediately and he even had the ECG done there, thankfully he had just pulled a chest muscle! The reception staff are very polite, I have never known a receptionist to ask you 'can you discuss it with me or is it personal' and not have a hissy fit when I say it's personal. Brilliant surgery, fab friendly staff, great doctors, what more can you ask for.

I was on holiday in Saundersfoot when my 3 year old daughter suddenly became very unwell. The service I received from this medical practise was absolutely first class. They fit my daughter in straight away and gave antibiotics; nothing was too much trouble, I found the staff extremely helpful. Thank you so much for a fantastic service.
