I have been very impressed with the service I have received from this company in the short time I have I have.known them. Katie, Staacey and Tracy have been very professional and helpful at all times. The photographs and details were excellent. I very much appreciated the weekly marketing updates from Tracy and the fact she wore a uniform with the name of their company on it. Also extra signage was added on the main road showing the whereabouts of the bungalow. A nice little touch I felt. All in all I received a very positive impression of this company.

I have been renting with Goodchilds in Walsall for many years, I encountered an issue with my boiler recently, which was a major inconvenience, but Sophie truly went above and beyond to resolve it. Not only did she ensure the boiler was fixed promptly and efficiently, but she also took the time to personally drop off and pick up temporary heating to make sure I was comfortable during the repair process. Her attentiveness and dedication were much appreciated, and I am incredibly grateful for her efforts. I cannot thank Sophie enough for her support—she is a major credit to Goodchilds and such a lovely woman!

Tracy has been an absolute pleasure to consult with! Goodchild has made the process so easy for me to buy my first family house! They have been so understanding and always kept me in the loop with all information and updates. Any time I needed to book another viewing they were quick and always ready to make time and me and my family can’t thank them especially Tracy for making this moment so special for us! Incredible service from Sophie, she went above and beyond to help me get my property. I missed the opportunity for a flat, but Sophie took all my details and when something came up within my criteria, she took the time to call me, get the viewing and very smoothly went through the process of now signing for the keys to a house.

Dont bother to call for valuation they wont give one. Very dodgy sales tactics!
All my dealings with Estate agents never heard of this sales tactic. App they adjust commision according to how hard it is to sell.
I have bought and sold lots of properties. In all my dealings with estate agents never heard of this way of doing business. Never heard of this tactic!!!
